When the field had been narrowed to just ten players Perfilev was the second shortest stack left. He chipped up a bit early at the final table and then eliminated Michael Amato in sixth place ($43,595) and Stu Paterson in fifth place ($56,979) to make his way toward the top of the leaderboard.

Mohammad “Sheddy” Siddiqui sent Cesar Solares to the rail in fourth place ($75,441) close the gap somewhat, but Perfilev knocked out Harry O’Brien in third place ($101,219) to take roughly a 2-to-1 lead into heads-up play.
In the final hand Siddiqui moved all in for roughly 4,000,000 with the Q10 from the button and Perfilev called with the KJ. The board ran out 98325 and Perfilev’s king high was enough to earn him the pot and the title. Siddiqui was awarded $137,298 as the runner-up finisher, the second largest payday of his career.
